## Billing model

All paid plans operate on a **pay-as-you-go** basis. Accounts are topped up with a balance, which covers charges for:

- Calls
- Phone number rental
- Maintenance
- AI agents
- Other connected services

Users pay only for what they use. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime with no hidden penalties.

**Enterprise:** optional refundable commitment — monthly top-up of committed amount, periodic reconciliation, unused balance can be refunded.

### How does billing work?

### Can I cancel or pause?
Yes. Paid plans can be canceled anytime. Enterprise may allow pausing/adjusting commitments; unused balance refundable per agreement.

### Can I change plan later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime.

### What happens after the 14-day Free Starter trial?
Account is paused. Upgrade to Professional or Enterprise (or contact support to extend trial) to keep configuration.

### Wholesale / resellers?
Yes — custom pricing and feature access available.

### Custom integrations?
Professional and Enterprise include custom integrations and secure API access. Enterprise adds tailored AI/LLM training.

### Is support included?

### Role-Based Access Management
- **Owner** — full access (created by Voxonics when setting up a server)
- **Admin** — full access except Whitelist IP
- **Manager** — specified departments and queues only
